Hello, just got this link from a friend, it's an upcoming movie, looks a bit scary, see at your own risk... ;)

Saw it when it came out a couple months back (the trailer I mean) can't fucking wait to see the movie. Looks amazing. I love post-apocalyptic movies.

It's the same director from ID4 and Godzilla.

The marketing and trailers rocked, and both movies sucked. Wel, ID4 sucked after 40 mins.

"The Day After Tommorrow" trailer is using the same technique they used with the ID4 trailer. Small clips between small sentences fading. How fucking original.

I suspect the same kind of disappointment from this one also.

I agree. Roland Emmerich is incapable of making a good movie. Even with a concept as great as this, he will find a way to fuck it up...

saw this awhile back ...looks really cool.

The thing with these kind of movies is that you have one event which is really cool which lasts a total of about 10-15 mins on the screen and the rest of the movie is either leading up to that event for like an hour with boring crap no one cares about, or its an hour of shit after the event when again no one cares about it.

The effects certainly look cool, and seeing the even for 10-15 mins is going to be cool, but certainly doesnt mean its going to be a good movie overall.

My thoughts exactly.. If I were the director of those two movies, no fucking way in hell would I be advertising it as both those movies were absolutely fucking horrible.. And the fact that it is the same director is the sole reason why I am downloading it first before I fork out cash to watch a movie that is directed by a man who can't direct in my opinion
