Thanks for bringing it to my attention Bat, for some reason apache died, i restarted it and all is fine. I know my biz partner was doing something techie about increasing its maximum connections from 256 recently, maybe thats something to do with it. Either way a full investigation will be performed!!

For the record it seems we were down about 30-40 minutes :-( sorry guys.. we will be putting a clone server in place soon so that should our website stop responding it will automatically assume control so that theoretically even if the whole box blew up we would still stay up..

also, this is nothing to do with our very excellent hosting provider, it was a problem with most likely the webserver on our box. racko.com have kept the connection alive to our box since we started hosting with them!
