Anyone here use phat servers
what is your opinion of their service, support, cost... etc..

good people...good service.

They have been very helpful and responsive to me everytime I have contacted them.

response time is amazing.

Their service and support are great, my biggest complaint is their network, but you get what you pay for. I'm happy with what they provide for the price for sure.

the best customer service i have ever had with a host hands down..support ticets answered within 3 mins most of the time..sometimes quicker..no joke

Customer service is unequalled. You can email them a question or make a request for a change to your account at 3am and repsonse time is always under 20 minutes.

Honey, even when you're sick you answer icq's. Quickly and you get things done. That should be enough for anyone.

No but i heard they have some pretty good deals though.
