Industry and Commercial Use ? Does the name have great industry potential? Is the name suited to be built into a commercial web site or another like a non-profit orginization?

Name Awareness and Brand Recognition ? Is the name easily to remember? Is it easy to trademark and highly brandable?

Character Length of Name ? How long is the name? In most cases, the fewer amount of characters in the name, the higher the value.

Dot(Extention) Value - What extention does the name have? Is it a .com, .net, .org, .cc, .ws, .tv or a different extention?

Does it already have traffic?

Lets assume everysite has none and is undeveloped an try and weight them on name alone. Just thought i would start a thread on appraisels there are always so many threads on actual domain sales thought it might be a change as my domains arent for sale thought i might start a thread on domains and what people might be prepared to go.

based on wholesaling not a very conservative estimate high price hmmm persiankitty.com geees up to a 200k hard to value that

if i was to do anything to value it it would be based on traffic over 12 months guessing about 15 million hits and whole saleing them and 25% of the years income to the value hard to really guess your private biz. a lot more can be made but going off wholesale
