you can sue pretty much anyone or anything in american (a few exceptions of course). but the question is do you have the resources to hang with them in a trial?

Banks are (usually) privately held companies, but you can sue them even if they are government. You can sue ANYone, sort of like how the GAO keeps suing the white house, seems stupid, but everyone sues everyone these days.

Simple error, all they gotta do is give it back and cover your bounced check fees (if any) and the judge would throw it out of court.

I got a lawsuit case with local bank for 1.5 years period , I'm lost at the end. simply , they got more money for lawyers
