My painful experience trying to cancel my subscription to a mainstream site
 

I have recurring memberships to 2 mainstream sites www.audible.com and www.vtc.com . To cancel with audible you have to call ,you cant do it on line and after holding for 30 minutes I hung up. On vtc there is no button or info on how to cancel, so I have to call them on Mon since they are not open during the weekend. If we did these practices they would take away our right to process its too fucked up.

Its' ok to rip people off and fuck them around if you don't show pussy. Now come on, you already knew that.

To cancel from vtc you only need to email them at [email protected]

They will cancel your subscription right away. I have cancelled 3 times with them over the last 3 years.

Never had a problem.
