assume you are correct. it does not say any details. namely that the US Government has countless military contingency plans for any military evet or threat possible. its their job.

its quite reasonable to expect that there was a military plan for the invasion of Iraq as soon as Bush took office since it was a pressing issue where invasion would have to be considered as a possibility.

Why do you think that Cheney wants to keep the details from his energy meetings in 2001 a secret ?
I'm sure that he and the CEOs from Big Oil discussed the details of taking over the Iraqi oil fields, months before 9/11.
Is it any wonder that only 11% of the population believe their claim that "The war in Iraq is an important part of The War on Terror" ?

It is normal they planned the Iraq attack months before 9/11. Saddam Hussein has always been a big problem for USA.

Without 9/11 I doubt the american people would have let our government attack Iraq...
