I chose MONTHLY date range... and for January 2004:

Normal Sales Sub-Total 3830 1525 79 $ 2765.00 $ 0.00 $ 395.00 $ 3160.00

I noticed the $395.00 is under the Gold Bonus range. What is this free money for? I chekced the site and it didnt say anything about any Gold Bonus.
