Verotel's chargeback ratio
 

Does anybody know what's Verotel's acceptable chargeback ratio? is it 1% like in the USA or 2% because its foreign?

yeah 2% for now i think. mine is ridiculously low with them. ive only gotten like one in the last 400 or so transactions.

Thanks for the info. I got 4 chargebacks on 647 transactions by credit card and 2 out of these 4 where from the same member.
