Anyone not able to log in? Mine won't connect. I either have an issue or my credit card declined not sure what the deal is.

And yes I emailed them just checking if it is global or local.

Yeah, same problem, just mailed them myself.

I heard back from SR's support, and they said my card was declined on a rebill. Resubmitted it, declined again. Called ProBilling's support, and they instantly hung up on me. Tried again, got through to someone who could only say it was declined, and to talk to my bank. Called my bank, and they said they never got a request for authorization today, and that as of last night authorizations were still being approved. Man, if this were just for a porn site, I'd be so canceled, but for SR I'll keep trying a bit more. My hunch is that ProBilling is a piece of shit, but that could be entirely unfounded, and it's in fact my bank that's screwing things up.

Sorry about the trouble. Unfortunately we don't get any info on why cards are rejected, so we can't check what happened exactly.

SR provided me with a backup link to sign up with CCBill or Jettis, http://www.statsremote.com/backup.php , and CC worked fine. Actually I'd probably have mailed a money order if I had to, SR is avery useful program.

I'm surprised I was scrubbed by ProBilling. I know lots of criteria go into a scrub, maybe 40 or 50 different data points, but I think I'd be a good prospect on almost all of them. I'm a US citizen, in the US, have an excellent credit rating, have never charged back with anyone, gave a legit address I've been at over 2 years, connected by cable modem in the US, using current Win XP, email address at a regular for-pay ISP, etc. A 5-syllable Greek last name might count against me, but that's about all I can think of.
