Funny little story about a traffic buyer and his credit card ..
 

I was working with a new client prospect last night. Worked with him about an hour and a half about traffic, what he wanted, how to use it .. all the usual.

Finally, he had decided to take 50/k.

In closing the deal, he was wanting to know about payment options etc.

Paypal, epass, western union .. credit cards (cash, checks and various food treats).

Since he didn't have paypal, never heard of epass and couldn't send western union from his country with a credit card, he wanted to use a credit card for payment.

So, he wants to use a credit card... Many of you know I process and scrub my own cards but a lot of you don't know I only accept North American cards.

So, he wants to use a Hong Kong card, and he's a resident of China.

Well, no. Not only no, hell no, US/Canadian cards only!

He finds out I only accept US/Canadian cards and tells me .. WAIT ! I have a Canadian card too !!

When China took back control of Hong Kong a VERY large number of Hong Kong biz-types covered their butts by setting up back-up operations in Canada . It's quite common for people to have bank accounts , Cards , homes, passports etc. from both Canada and Hong Kong .
