Anything you do....don't order the FUGU (blow fish). Japanese think its a delicacy but if the fish is CUT wrong... you can die in minutes.

I don't think you can order it in the US, unless you go to a high-class Japanese restaurant. Ordering Fugu costs you a good bit of money.
