developing "raunchy" photos at the store
Anybody have trouble developing stuff like sexy models from adult shows at the local photo lab? The manager says to me the young girls working there may get traumatized and not to do it again - but there is no sign nothing, most of it there is no nudity either!

Once had some fun pics of my gf and I on a roll of film I had developed at a small photo shop... When I picked up the pictures, all the nude ones were missing! Guy told me those are against their policy (yeah right, he probably took them home to beat off with :321GFY )

but with digital even if you want digital prints you still have to get them done at a store right?

do you have a printer?

Most places will just leave the raunchy ones undeveloped.

From what I understand they usually "blackout" the nude pictures.

My wife grabbed a roll of Advantix film I shot in Miami thinking it was a different roll, one of her sister's baby.
She asked them to print an index photo so she could look for the baby pic she wanted, and was quite suprised to see Kayla pissing into a cup instead. The girl at the photo counter had a good laugh. |
I decided to use a digital camera at the last minute, but when I was first entering the business I simply called the shop ahead of time and asked them. They were upfront with whether they'd accept it or not.

I shoot on digital but always get them printed at a camera store. Family stores like Walmart and Sam's Club wont usually develop them..they're rip up the prints and give you back you CF/CD?Negatives. But most camera stores like Ritz/Wolf will develop them no problem. But if its of kiddie porn, they'll call the cops while youre waiting to get them processed. :2 cents:

What is really nice is now Wal-Mart has those digital prints terminals... Go check them out... Then when you go upto the photo lab counter to get the "ticket/envelope" to take to the register don't show/hand them the photos but place them in the envelope yourself... =)
