Anime usually refers to japanese animation.

Hentai is japanese animation that features sex, nudity, and usually tentacles to avoid the blurring.

1:350-500 - Hentai
1:300-400 - Comics
1:250-300 - Cartoon porn with famous toons.

But it most probably depend not only on niche, but also on the sponsor site.
But if I get f.e search engine traffic looking for "anime xxx" and send it to a site called "Hentai Fantasies", then it makes no sense?
Or when traffic looking for "cartoon sex" goes to a site called "hentain bitches"...
