How much revenue was lost from partners who made bonus as per this companies website but not paid.

According to the pg site "sales from 100 - 200 would equal an extra 100 dollars on top of normal payout.

Sales 200-300 an extra 200 dollars on top of normal payout.

After 300 sales at 70 percent your payout should be 13.96 per sale.

That adds up don't you think?

That needs to be set up in the CCbill admin or no bonuses would be paid out.
