How do you convert AVI to GIF?
 

Anyone know what progranm is best to use to convert AVI's to GIF animations?

AVIs to GIF? WHY? For 60 seconds you will need at least 120 Gif Pics to have a working motion. Why not using a video like wmv, rm, or mov?

Hi Thanks everyone. I just figured out how to do it in Image Ready. Why avi to gif Zappu you ask? Because I want to hahahahaha t he gif into design where other graphics are intersecting the gif images so its blended. So it wont be as smooth as a video at all but it will allow me to use images from the video in an integrated type of page design.

Joe, just to mention it, that could also be done by using the object code for the video integration
