Hello All!

Welcome back from Vegas for those that we able to attend.

It was brought to our attention early this week that there is/was a glitch in the reporting feature in CCBills new affiliate admin. The glich involved rebills and the number of rebills our affiliate have or will be paid on.

Our program, from the day it opened has always been set on umlimited rebills by default and will remain that way until the end of time. We have checked nearly every affiliate id with multiple rebills. There is not one case of an affiliate not being paid on a subscription that has continued to bill beyond the first rebill.

If you have found you have not been paid past the first rebill on a subscription that has continued to bill, please contact ua nd we will pay you on missing rebill payouts. However, as mentioned above, we have yet to find any examples of this. Please provide verifiable proof for we have not found one situation where this is the case.

We will be spending several hours and days with ccbill in the upcoming weeks. Needless to say, the glitch in there system has caused us a great deal of grief. We will be changing to Epoch as our primary processor once this situation is fixed and we also will be running our own stats for our affiliates. Far more detailed and user friendly then the ccbill interface. Our new affiliate interface has been done for a month and we were planning on launching on the Feb 1st. You will find our new stat program much more detailed and accurate. More information will be coming very soon.

Now, as to any remarks made on message boards. If you are on affiliate and have an issue or a problem with our program. We have email, icq and phones. All of which have been made available to you. There are many ways to ask us question and get to the bottom of problems you may be experiencing. If you go to a message board first, before trying ot contact one of our staff we can only assume you have a personal agenda. If you really feel the need to post, at least post your contact info so we can get in touch. T

his is line #6 in our terms of service:

"We reserve the right to terminate the account of any webmaster who posts to message boards, emails or messages our other affiliates, or speaks negatively of us. We are not going to make everyone happy all of the time.. If you have a problem or issue with our program or any of our sites, please feel free to contact us. We understand miscommunications can and do happen, but we always try our best to satisfy any webmaster problems. Talk to us folks. communication is key."

We will infoce this. We dont want to of course, but we will. The lies and mis-information that was spread by one or two affiliates will not be tolerated. Stories of "fights" infront of the CCBill booths and people getting "beat up" are childish at best. The eledged "fight" was with friends of our program. Any conversations were done in private, off the show floor and handled in a friendly and professionl manner, there was never any "big blow up". All of us invloved did get a good laugh out of it of course, but lies are totally uncalled for. We know that this is only one or two of you. We spoke to all of our key affiliates in Las Vegas and ALL are extremly satisfied.

Spelling errors happen to the best of us but when its a blatant one on the first line, then that's a bit troubling.

In other words, now that ccbill is showing affiliates who is fucking them, pg is switching to their own software that doesn't, but fast.

I got that same letter and I must say I found it highly unprofessional. The explanation of the supposed snaffu with ccBill was OK, but the part where he threatened me if I say anything against them on the boards was ridiculous. And to send that warning/threat out to every one of their affiliates at the same time that you are attempting to apolgize/explain a problem? Jesus.

According to the pg site "sales from 100 - 200 would equal an extra 100 dollars on top of normal payout.

Sales 200-300 an extra 200 dollars on top of normal payout.

After 300 sales at 70 percent your payout should be 13.96 per sale.

That adds up don't you think?

That needs to be set up in the CCbill admin or no bonuses would be paid out.

The fact that you are a friend, might be blinding you to the fact that this program does not deliver what it promises it's affiliates. Why does this make people who find this unethical the asshat?

This can be looked at a few different ways... I think the correct way to look at it is "We are going to use a program that will not let you see that we are assfucking you and not even giving you a napkin to wipe our cum from your ass"

PG has no class, they do not pay designers, they fuck over people promoting them, and they do not even care enough to do a fucking spell check. Plus they get a major company to lie for them... then they walk away from them.... wow, just wow.

It means they can "fire" you at any time, just like you can "quit" at any time. No one really needs a reason to quit doing business with the other person.

Yeah, that is the very worst decision any sponsor that is questionable right now could make. At least now with all the cards on the table, people might still choose to promote them as long as they can closely watch what is going on.

this screenshot is entirely too limited to get bent out of shape about. it doesnt show how many sales this affiliate has sent yet. if they are under 100 sales, they dont have any bonuses yet. maybe jeff plans to set these manually? i dont really know the ccbill admin all that well. but i see many explanations for this screenshot.

what the fuck is so unethical. a webmaster program CANT fuck with ccbills stats, if they were missing rebills that contained a 0, it sounds like a major error on some other parties hands.

every program will cancel your account if you go around bashing them on boards. sure it covers squealing, but it covers a whole lot more then that. every program under the sun has a clause saying they can cancel you for any reason at any time. its the same thing. they are just spelling it out abit more.

You admit that you don't know the ccbill admin but then you come with that bullshit beforehand? If there were bonuses, they would be explained in the "BONUS" column! If there are NO bonuses then it would say NO BONUSES like it does in that column.

Yeah you can do it manually in a way but how in the hell are you going to track all of those sales manually and know when to give them a bonus? You can't do it.

Do you have ANY idea what you are babbling about? Just read the title on that screenshot and you may have just "one" explanation not "many" :winkwink: Someone didnot setup any bonuses for their proggy.

That's right. You don't know the ccbill admin. But there are hundreds of webmasters who do and you are wrong in your

You have to set the bonuses or they don't get paid out.
And if you don't have 100 sales, the bonuses will still be TURNED ON and showing.

We know the webmasters is fucking with his program. It's his pregogative to not deliver what he says in his ToS.

It's the publics perogative to not use them anymore too.

If you are going to cheat webmasters, don't use a program that everyone else uses. But then I guess with the recent mass emailing that lesson was learned.

I am sure the people he needs to pay would love to know the reason why they have not got paid.

iv sent to a number of programs what have sliding partnership payouts, and i dont recall ever seeing shit in the bonuses column.

i dunno about yall but i trust the people i do business with. if i find something askew i go to them and ask them about it. i get it fixed. i dont run around spouting... the sky is falling, bullshit.

keeping track of how many joins your getting and where they are coming from is called good business practice, its very easy to do BVF. i get many bonuses that arent shown in stats. paying attention to your traffic and who is sending it is pretty important in this area.
