Its just a minor problem , just clean very well for the next few days if it gets any worse go to the doctor it should clear up in 1 or 2 days. If you see blood in your urine go to the doctor , but if it just feels like pressure or a slight stinging , then your prob ok and it will go away in a few days no doctor needed.

Only thing I've ever been told was to drink cranberry juice. Though I had medication to go along with it.

He is right cranberry juice is great for infections in that area. ( not topical applications :) just drink it )

Go see a Doctor. I'm a RN, so trust me on this. :) Bladder infections (if that is what it is vs. a STD or prostatitis, etc.) aren't as common in men as they are in women because of the length of the urethera. In other words, if it hurts to pee, get it checked out because something is wrong.
And yes....cranberry juice does help with the burning, etc. because the ph of the urine is lower than normal (acidic) and the cranberry juice will help raise the ph. Also drink A LOT of water...for obvious reasons. :) Good Luck and hope you feel better soon.
