Of course other TLD's are worth it. All depends on what you want/need to do with it. eg: a ".co.uk" can depending on what your aiming at, do far better with UK traffic & rankings for UK SE terms.

i have alot of these sexcam.ru (russia) and sexs.be (belgium) ringtone.se and javagames.se (sweden) look how many people live their and how much money they make/ if they have internet. and if they speak the english language. In west europe they do

I make money with all the domains. only ringtone.se and javagames.se not yet because i' only got them a few weeks and I don't know a lot about the industry yet.
with sexcam.ru i get a lot of visitors from germany and when most people in russia get internet i don't have to work anymore i think
