250 Encryption program needed, read inside
 

First post, board looks good.

I am looking for a programmer who can:

Make an encryption program to lock hard drives and email messages, in 512 Key DAS encryption method with Flop coding, which is what your NSA uses.

Extremely illegal in the US.

US Goverment has banned anything above 256 key encryption for anything non money related and then has several strict guidelines.

So this will be for programmers outside of the US.


I need the program to be able lock a computer, not be accesible from dos or safe mode, I have seen this before, but do not know how to do it.

Pretty much, you turn on the computer, it comes to the Bios screen, asks you for your pass key, if it is wrong, it eats the computer and low level formats the drives right there.

Also need it for an email program, prefer something with NON public keys, something only the reader of the message can decode with a key that unlockable by ip address.

Also have seen this done, have no idea how.

Sound like a good way to get into trouble.

Best laugh of the week, someone that wants military grade crypto for some nefarious reason, posts through a proxy from AOL (whose IP space is watched closer than some intelligence agencies), and uses a hotmail address for replies.


This guy can't buy a clue, let alone the cryptographers who could make it happen.
