Legally Trapping Shavers.
 

Ok all.

I am the shaver hunter - I instigate legal proceedings against shavers in affiliate industries including the adult industry.

I have read all the posts with interest.

First of all, my objective is to trap shavers and to instigate legal investigations and forced disclosure of documentation to the authorities - depending on the country.

I am not interested in any posts from people here who think shaved affiliates should do any of the following :-

a) Stop promoting suspected shavers.
b) Start up their own paysites.
c) Sit back and be happy with what you get.

I am only interested in messages from affiliates who suspect they are being cheated out of payment which are legally due to them.

I have a method of bearing down on them which requires the group purchasing of memberships/product and I am willing to run or at least participate in any preliminary testing of any suspect program.

The actual fact is that I didnt want replies like these.

Sorry - not interested in junk negative replies - only interested in legal matters, and those who are also interested in trapping shavers in a manner which rouses the legal profession - WILL send mail.

If you want to trap shavers it is easy. Hire a CPA firm or a legitimate detective agency to send joins to the sponser you suspect from different computers/ ip address over a period of a month or so. If the data comes back that they are shaving you file a lawsuit against the company doing the shaving. Obtain all of their internal records through discovery, and subpoena the records from the company or companies doing their processing. Have your CPA go over these numbers to see if they add up. If you go through all of this you will have conclusive proof that you are being shaved.
