Ho wimportant is webmaster support to you?
 

Would you not promote a program if you knew the webmaster support sucked even if they payed well and conversions were decent?

My priorities for affiliate programs are in this order:

1. Convert well

2. Pays on time

3. webmaster support

I would prefer a site that converts and sends me fat checks but can't talk to them about it, then a shitty program that I can always have someone to bitch at...:winkwink:

But do you worry about down the line a problem arising and having anyone to talk to about it?

I just use Clickcash as an example. I had problems w/ them in the past and it took days if not weeks to get support.

I'm sure there are others like this who don't have account managers.
