The CCBill Glitch... If fixed why does..
 

I logged into the new stats thing and checked all the programs I promote and saw that they all said unlimited except one program that right now shows 3 rebills.

They probably set it to 3 to deprive you of rebills. Some sponsors say they only rebill for so many months so that could be the case as well. Most likely however they are trying to fuck you over.
