It does matter why he wants to sell. That site has been around a long time, you think it would be a huge moneymaker..

I havent had time to fully develop it , hence the low traffic. I bought it two years ago for 1.5 k and have been preoccupied with my other sites ....

Agreed...way too steep and asking price.
