Paris even admitted it in an interview that they are acting like snobs, playing dumb blondes, etc. under the producer's directions.

Yup. And when they fuck up on jobs and ruin pool halls don't think those places aren't expecting that. What would the show be if they did their work as told? Pretty boring. Those places get paid well by Fox too I'm sure.
