You already know about it, but let me tell you that TCG is the only one I'm using at the moment. A few good ones had to close down.

celebsunzipped converts well.. not sure why it does but it really does.

celebsunzipped - they converted decent for me but the stats set up sucks. i still send them some traffic

celebsxposed - ah these guys were great back in the day, i still got rebills from 1999 coming in but i have trouble converting them anymore

trafficcashgold - maybe i will give them a shot again, i hadn't promoted them in about a year. seems most everyone promotes truecelebs

mrskin - gonna give their partnership program a try and see what happens. i hear retention is great.
