Birth Certificate Or SSN ?
 

I need my Social Security Card. I don't have a birth certificate and have never known my mother. I had my one Social Security Card sense I was a little kid but lost it in the move. Now they won't give me it till I know what city I was born in and since my grandmother passed away I have know Idea who to ask? Any Advice

Don't you have a state ID card or driver's license? If you do, maybe you could contact the driver's license department and ask them for help. You had to have a birth certificate to get a license, maybe they have it on file?

Or you could try going to a genealogy website and try to find your grandmother. Maybe it will tell her children and their children and maybe your birth information will be there.
