It looks like in his original posted, he put the wrong phone number ("Please call 888-909-0666 and hit the number 3") which goes to Verizon.

A few posts later, he put the right phone number ("Once again call tech support at ccbill 1-888-906-0666 ext 3.") which does indeed go to CCBill.

Hardcore J quoted his original post with the wrong phone number at the top of page 2 and that's the number that people called.
