Why none of the 'honest' programs using ccbill never made it public that ccbill has the shaving option?

Its not really shaving....

Its so I could start a program thats 85% to you for the first 2 rebillls or somthing along those lines.

Not sure if I buy that, it could very well be used like that but I dont like all the "hidden" numbers, the webmaster should be able to see all the numbers and options clicked in their own stats
