Where to find full time nanny.
 

We are looking for a full time nanny to help look after our twins. Has anyone tried any of the on-line services with any luck ?

If you currently have a nanny how did you find her ?

I have no kids, so don't have experience with nannies, but a dear friend of mine and her husband also were looking for a nanny for their kids (2, 5, 5, and 7 - 5 year old twins). One lady they found via the internet came over and when the husband went to get his wife, their 7 year old happened by and starting asking the nanny questions. By the time the wife came out, the nanny was sitting at the table with both 5 year olds and the 7 year old, working on coloring books.

Needless to say, the nanny was hired on the spot.

I would have hired her on the spot too if she got our 3 month old twins using coloring books :)
