Battle who claims she lost the winning ticket is just a good lying bitch. According to Lottery Officials, they were sure that Rebecca Jemison was the rightful owner and winner of the lotto who even provided receipt from the convenience Store marking the time the ticket was sold.

South Euclid police said that they had not been able to reach Battle and her attorney by phone soon after Jemison was proclaimed the winner at the press conference.

The security cameras at the store were broken, so they could not see if in fact she was the one that bought the tickets.

He said that if it was later determined there was a lack of truthfulness, police could consider criminal charges. The charge could be filing a false police report, a misdemeanor punishable by 30 days to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, he said.
