hey, I've got a space sorted out.. pretty damn cheap.. it's main street but above the shops ie at street level it's just a doorway. enough room for 12 computers and an admin room. about $400 a month.. it's not great but not bad.. plus I negotiated a 3 month lease so it's not getting locked into anything.. I also got my proposed operating costs down to around $2500/mo
I might do the coke machine, snack machine option with a microwave for frozen stuff. How much does your brother make off drinks and candy? - off of how many people a week?

I've got to install air-con though, it's hot as a bitch.

so it's getting closer... still thinking of US$4.5 p/h flat rate.. maybe every tenth hour free, like a coffee coupon from a cafe
might have to play around with the whole lower rate but monthly fee thing too.

thinking of similar hours to your brother's too.. the council has warned of potential fees of like $8000 per car parking space that has to be created by opening a business that sits 12 customers, but if it's after hours I can get away with it as the other businesses close and free up space out the front..

still so much to go through. any news?

I'd MUCH prefer email or ICQ then letting all the school kids know what im doing.

and although it's pointless to point out theres no harm in posting this on GFY and you don't have to read it if you don't want to, I'm sure you'll help me out by bumping this thread so theking sees it when he wakes up by telling me otherwise.

It's not advice, it's information. Additionally, if you were investing money into something you would be an idiot not to get as much information as you could.. Theking is an intelligent person, whatever you can infer from past board happenings, and i am happy to recieve his info.

Besides the whole pathfinder buisness, I honestly don't know why you'd laugh other than to get a cheap easy dig in.
Even if he is pathfinder and pulled a stupid prank he's still smarter than 90% of the idiot kids here. He IS knowledgable and forms fairly well thought out arguments which is more than I can say for most and it's what I base my assessment on.
