Is it even legal for those underage to be posting in webcams, if it shows no nudity or partial nudity?

I was hoping for pics!

If those non nude teen sites are legal then I don't see why they wouldn't be... but that doesn't make it right.

It's illegal to post pictures of minors without parental consent period. If they post it themselves that's a different story.

Also I'm pretty sure it's not a criminal offense. Like for nonnude teen candid sites, I believe the parents could file suit and take you to civil court but you'd never be investigated and brought in on it purely because it's against the law.
