First thing I do is take a piss, then get a drink before I even turn the computer on.

Once its on I check sales, traffic and my own board. Then I do half my work, check GFY for a while, do the rest of my work then find more shit to do..... Then I check GFY again before turning computer off.

Stats - Mail - GFY

icq - msn - irc - gfy - email - stats

in that order kinda.
