Need a program that alerts me through out the day...virtual boss.

I need something that popups up at a specific time telling me what to do....

Like 10-12 submit galleries then it should popup telling me to take a 15 min break etc.

Any ideas?

My cock pops up several times a day to remind me to get new pussy. Maybe you need something like that.

Get outlook and save yourself the trouble, its a good mail client and a good organization client if you use it right.

That's the best route, I think after a couple of days you will probably start ignoring those pop-ups all together, but someone giving you a smack in the back of the head for not working, thats hard to ignore. :Graucho

Well I can give you a webmail account on my server, it includes a web-based calendar that will pop up to notify you of things :)

ICQ has an auto reminder function. use that, I guess you have ICQ installed, right ?

I use a whiteboard here and outlook's calander.

Also, I set reminders with my PDA that sits inbetween all my boxes here scattered across the mess known as my desk.

Whiteboards rock!

Get a simple kitchen timer.
If you want to work for an hour, set it for an hour. When it goes off, get up and take a break. (Or at least stand up and stretch, then set it for another hour or whatever.)
