What's a good 19" LCD ?

Hey, I'm in the market and people are telling me to go with 17" LCD Flatscreen because the technology for the 19" isn't as sound as it is for the 17". I don't buy it. Ca anyone confirm this?

What 19" monitors would you reccommend that are just as good as any 17"?

samsung just came out with what i hear is a totally badass 21.3" that displays 1600x1200, and it's only like $1200. all the reviews i hear is it's stellar.

Got 8 Sony LCDs here.. every single one of them has dead pixels and serious problems with refreshing the screen.
