then it bills in $500 incriments

They have it set that your first limit is one month, or $50 whichever comes first. The limit then goes up to $200 or one month, then $500....but...

that doesn't mean they always do it that way. For me they are always billing me at the $200, which means several times per month. I contacted them regarding it twice, both times I got the a"oh no, you will get billed at $500". I finally just gave up, it didn't matter to me enough to send 20 emails to get it straightened out. They just bill me when they bill me.
