Anyone hear that the dude who wrote "The Book" supposedly went bankrupt from being an idiotic cumpulsive gambler?

One reason to trust your intuition sometimes I guess...

Go with a few grand and you play double down every time you lose.

split your tens every time..it will keep you table clear..and people will remember you!!!!!!!!!!!

I actually do that sometimes just for fun

usually jacks i will split for shits and giggles.. what sucks is when you are playing 400 bucks a hand, split 2 jacks and get a jack on the 1st hit and you split those

so you have 1200 on the table, with 3 jacks/3 hands

and then whats really fun is when your next 3 cards are 2 4 5

and you stay on all of those. so you have 12 14 15

but you walk away laughing when the dealer busts :)))
