I like mine crisp on the outside with garlic powder. Like the hippy grill cheese you get at Phish shows or jam concerts

Substitute peanut butter for the cheese and grill. Its incredible but a bit messy.

What kind of cheese do you guys use?
I just use American sliced cheese.

I like my girl cheese in every position... uh, variety. Only one way get's boring.



But whenever I locate some nice spicey pepperjack cheese, that's my all-time fav grilled cheese.
