Im Flying out of Portland tomorrow..

There is a big storm coming in Tomorrow night-evening...

Im sure its gunna affect both Portland and Seattle in some form...

Lets hope we can get out before it hits.. The roads are still snow covered from the storm that hit on Newyears day, and another is scheduled for Sunday late..

We are supposed to get 1-3 inches tonight, but i dont think that is enough to cancel the flights yet..

But Sunday's storm may.. Shit this is bad..

ya if you can't drive out here, your worthless...the roads are just wet. The airport should be just fine.

Shitty, I'm supposed to land in Seattle tomorrow morning, then a small layover before going to Vegas. Hopefully all will be fine.

Well after attempting to just go downtown to get my nails done, I turned around after a half a block and came back... It's just packed and slick where I'm at.

I was freaked cuz I'd have almost two hours to drive to get to the airport. I'm sure I5 is ok but 20 is no good at all...

Anyway, my driver called back and said they can come and get me afterall so YAY... I'll get there!!

I was going to drive down from the tricities...was looking forward to the adventure.. but postponed last night. I don't think driving 700 miles in snowstorms is a smart idea. Would have to travel to Portland or Seattle to catch a flight out and thats not a possiblity at this point either...I've officially canceled Vegas and will just go snowboarding somewhere close, like my backyard soon..lol..good luck all.

yeh rrred - I-5 is fine... it's just getting there.

However, I flew to spokane for a day on the 30th - and it was insane at Alaska check-in and the security gates and that was at 530 in the morning.

Definately arrive 2 hours a head of time.
