The tests would be the FDA approved tests.

I don't think it would. HIV tests are a cold dose of reality. Pregnancy tests and whatnot either.


But then again, people buy those broswer cleaners out of fear.

It just doesn't seem to fit the usual porn sell. Something to pleasure, or improve prerformance.

I have to agree with bopha though, if I was even the slightest bit concerned about having hiv then I sure as hell wouldn't be buying test kits off the internet.

I think this might do pretty good... It'll offer a level of privacy for people who are nervous about going and getting tested.. Now they can do it in the privacy of their own home.

There is a market for it.

Just like there's a market for drug test kits. And things of that sort.

Marketing it with the right angle is the key.

You could focus on a lighter reality...then the dissease and death to market/promote it.


instead of the scare tactic of
"Are you a Dead man Walking?"
"FInd out. Buy This crap. Take the test"

Focus on a positive. Like a way to start a new relationship, like on trust.
Trusting that they don't have HIV/AIDS before you consumate the relationship sexually.

"Wanna make sure that skank aint carrying the Ninja ?"
"Give yo bitch the Test!"

Or some thing with a bit more tact.


If you have a database or sites that taylor to college kids, Frat's, Sororities, Dateing, etc..
(those Virgin Mobil commercials on MTV this holiday come to mind)
...and any other form of direct targeted traffic other then someone looking for some gash and a way to relieve the tension and blue balls of the day I'd market it to them tastefully.


Empowering a person to do something to protect themselves is powerful.

At $40 per sale...I think I could find a way to market it to my traffic and not turn off too many people.

its a pretty good idea. you can sell to people's DESIRES or you can sell to their FEAR. that would definitely sell to their fear. good idea dude.

I think it's a great idea, but as others already stated; not good on a porn site. Mentioning hiv will most likley make most surfers go limp...

I think it might sell well. HIV test and pregnancy test are things people are afraid or embarrassed about. If they can order it in privacy, why not?

Might sell as well as Viagra and Penis pills.

Fuck yah, they would sell. It's something that's in the back of the mind of any dude that had drunken sex with some whore at a party.
