What is a fair price to charge per month for content site registration? I was thinking $19.95 a month 50% for referalls. Non-recurring. Any bites or flames?

$25 or 30.

And is a one time 50% payment for affilates bite able? (sorry I dont know how to spell bitable) Also I am not a newbie, I am just working on a new project and want some market research

One time 50% of $25 or $30? No. That's a $12 or $15 payout.
Do it 50% for the life of the member so they get that $12-$15 every month; then work on your retention so the member sticks around.

50% ref or $20-$30 PPS would work also.
