1 and no! I'm still working on making a hub! :) I'm just too much into programming that I don't keep updating! :(

I've probably made 1000 over the last few years...they dont all generate daily sales but some do daily

More than I care to count. Signups are pretty good, especially considering that I don't really spend any time on them these days.

If you're talking about the sorts of free sites that you submit to link lists like Greenguy, then 1 sale a month per free site would probably be considered average, although you can do a lot more if you are good at getting SE traffic and your marketing.

i used to have a 100 or so.. did not do that much. but was good for the traffic ratio!

Freesites aren't big on sales, but the conversion rates are extremely low.

I have about 200 right now. My best freesite has a PR 5 and a Alexa rank around 18,000 and converts 1:50 to 1:150 depending on the sponsor.

That site gets about 30-40k a day unique, 70% bookmark traffic.
