Do you guys have your models ' blog ' ( aka keep journals ) in side your members are or your webmster write up a lil text entry a day ? if so do you think it helps keep your surfer?

I offer a journal. The URL is in my members area, however, the journal is freely accessable to those that know the URL (google gave me some good hits from it!)

It really benefits an amateur site, the interaction with the site helps.

You may want to put it in the public area as a "teaser" for your content. Also, it becomes Google Spider food if you do your links right :):winkwink:

I think it also helps with keeping members... single-girl amateur sites, after all, are largely built on an imaginary "relationship" between the girl and the surfer. Blogs/diaries could most definitely help with that imo.
