i went to the Nets vs Cavaliers game tonight, and one thing I realized from going to this sold out game is that this kid generates so much fucking $$ its sickening. between merchandise (jerseys, hats, tshirts, etc), concessions, ticket prices, parking, and sold out AWAY games throughout the country..


he is got alot of talent too, the kid is 19 years old, making 90+ million through his NBA contract and Nike contract.. he's worth it just through his marketability..

anyway, im wondering if anyone can estimate how much $$ the Lebron James Phenomenon is generating? 500+ Million?

how did he do ?

he's been doing really great lately... usually a rookie who's expected to do good in the NBA takes a few "years" to make an impact... he's "already" doing that... it only took him a few "games"

nets played tough defense on him all game, he scored like 14 points, 9 assists.. had a nice dunk and layup.. but shot 2 air balls, and even missed 2 free throws in a row.

he got skills though, i was just surprised on how many people were supporting him byu weariing jerseys, his shoes, everything.. its a cash cow for sure

That guy is so much better than the rest of the players he deserves all he gets. Just hope he doesn't get burnt out - he's fun to watch.
