we had our lawyer go over the contract they had written up before we signed it and basically it stated that if we signed then they would own FTV Girls. we had to have our lawyer rewrite the contract before we signed any deal with this company.

Jesus Christ, that would be the end of all business relations with them for me. Thats not a typographical error, thats bad business and an untrustworthy partner.

never sign something like a DVD contract without a lawyer, anyone would be a complete fool to do that.

yes i did not have to sign anything, however rob and i are still contractual partners in FTV. also that still does not change the fact of a lawyer advising a rewrite. and no we dont have to talk. i just want to make sure that my fellow adult webmasters watch their steps.

yes we are running a test run to see how they produce for us.

perhaps you should warn people about companies you dont have a production contract with. Signing off of this post.

not impressed with the design on that FTV Girls DVD - looks amateurish and nothing like the site itself.

their site says you are their best Seller #1, so how many copies sold so far?

Hey This is Joe & I do all the sales for Pornslinga and the FTV GIrls Video DVD. First off, the video has not yet been released because of a large request for VHS as well. Which is still in Production. But for everyone's info there has been almost 1000 vhs and 1000 dvds prebooked just in the last month based on my word and oh yeah the quality of the box art. Hell it has not even hit stores yet. By the way Chris do not start airing dirty laundry before its even been soiled. Call me or have R.S. call me he has my cell. Not happy with what you are doing.

Hey if we did something wrong to you, such as deviating away from promoting FTVGirls.com, did not tell you to have your lawyer review the contract before signing which we did (becauase we are not lawyersand did it ourselves, oh yeah did not mention that did you?) or even try and rip you off then I could see why you would have to warn your fellow webmasters. Aside from that I beleive that one is opening his mouth without thinking first. Thank you very much for your input and slandering but no thank you. This video will still have a great release and by the way go to Castle Botique next month and see at least one of the many promises fulfilled.

you guys really need to stop freaking out. there is nothing wrong with me telling people to make sure to have a lawyer check their contract. (when signing with any company) and we signed a contract with you. you used our name to get people in here and there should be nothing wrong with me telling people about our company and FTV voicing our steps that we took with your contract and what we found. oh and yes the lawyer mentioned that it was very obvious you had written the contract yourselves. :)

Lightspeed Media has been looking for someone to produce DVDs of Tawnee Stone for some time now. However, every time we pass the contract up to our attorney it gets shot down.

Hold on, let me clear the air here. we are not just a one shot coming out the gate here. We came into a deal like this because we have the ability as a distributor with about 1500 adult stores in the US. So not only are we editing videos, producing & advertising, but we have the aility to sell and market videos on a physical platform. So just a heads up. Hope all is well out there. Botom line is.....

I don't understand why the pornslinga people keep insulting one of the guys they just made a deal with, and ended up flicking him off. also, if you guys have been doing this for a while shouldn't you have had a real lawyer make up your contract rather than just make up shit yourselves?

The whole thing is simple, we did it ourselves with the whole no harm no foul idea in place. We told the other party to make sure they or their legal advisers look it over first. After all we can't do anything with their product if they stop making it so why own it. We just have the means for all to make money rather than sit on a stack of replicated DVD's. So lets just all make some money! Ain't porn grand? Oh By the way we will always tell people to go :321GFY themselves if we want to! Afterall isn't that why we are all here!
