rebill=surfer gets rebilled every month they stay active
recurring=new signups you get

trial - rebills after X days until cancelled
single - one time signup
recurring - recurring membership initial signup, rebills until cancelled
rebill - a rebill of a recurring membership
refund - program master or ccbill actioned refund. if the program offers checks as a payment option you'll get a few of these.
chargeback - customer disputed charge with the bank.
