Filthy Rob and I are doing a girl/girl/girl shoot on the afternoon of 1/5 (monday) in Vegas. We are paying each of the 3 girls $400, so the total is $1200. We are looking for a third shooter to split the cost, so we would each pay $400 plus 1/3 the cost of the suite. We would split the time evenly, each of us gets one girl solo so shoot for 1 hour (that's the first three hours,) and then we each get all 3 for one hour (that's the second three hours.) If you are good at using your time, you can get some nice material and a variety of models.

That's standard LA price (maybe a bit below,) it has already been negotiated and the big guy doesn't lowball his girls after the deal has been struck.

well paid girls are happy girls. See how happy these two are - if they were paid $300 each and had three different shooters shooting them I doubt they'd look this happy.

Where do I get my info ? From hiring girls, pretty motivated girls for girl girl size 2's and 3's. I pay $200-300 for the shoot considering they avg 35 mins to shoot the longest for 55 mins . Thats generious for about a hours worth of work. I also asked Mike South about my rate(He won 2 avn's) and he said thats a fair rate for girl girl. We treat the girls nice and its very relaxed in fact the last one after we shot her , she hung out and then went for a bite with her and her fiance. If you think the more you pay the more she will like you or be more happy, thats not good business.

So the girls get $400 each for 6 hours work? I don't really know Vegas prices...but around here you could get amateur girls for that and no one would think it was too cheap or too expensive.

There is a simple way to find out how much a model is worth. First of all, you should never want to shoot a model so badly that you will pay anything for her. That may be different in other parts of the country, but in LA you can find a plethora of girls who will pose nude. Second, find a price range and stick to it. If you have a lot of trouble booking girls, stick to it. If way too many girls say yes, then lower the price. That system has enabled me to stay in the $50 an hr, 4 hr minimum price range. The $400 figure for these girls was the number I found appropriate for this shoot, and I was willing to pay it, so it's a good number; except that they agreed way too quickly. I probably could have booked them for $300, but I was willing to part with the extra bill, so WTF.

yeah I was talking with Rob about it... and 400 for g/g is insane.... and the person to pay it is insane.... you know it guys like you who cater to the girls need and make her think she's worth that.... I will be on your g/g/g shoot and watch what I will get for my money compaired to what you get....... thats just my 2 cents.... if you want to learn how to pay women you should follow someones lead who knows how to get em cheap....

when i shoot in LA, i pay 400/girl and 200/guy. i give the girl 100 extra for anal.

and i will always run out of money and time before i run out of models.

but i do treat the models pretty good, and i do get (usually) interesting performances from them. in fact some of the most unusual (converting) stuff i get is when i just ask my standard question "do you guys do anything unusual for fun".

you'd be amazed at what you can shoot if you have some rapport with the talent.

I hear nothing but good about you.. but I just think your paying to much... but if you want by all means.... all I think is spend the extra on marketing and selling not the girls... cause nothing is worth anything till someone is willing to pay it....

just isn't so - these must be private referrals or older girls who've been around awhile and not in any demand.

And I know I'm not wrong here - some agent mistakenly was sending out some private emails to his entire address book that included me - he was negotiating with a talent person at a big video studio and they were being quoted the exact same price we
paid for the same girl.

Ask JoeAMA - he's no pushover, he was in L.A. last week and he wasn't paying $400 - he paid the going rate.

anyway if somebody's business is gonna be so outta wack over a couple hundred dollars per shoot it can't be that great a business.

sometimes Wanton says he won't shoot a girl cuz the girl will clear more money from the shoot than him - so I tell him to get over it, what does that matter, in the movie biz actors make 10 times what the director does, there are NBA coaches making $500,000 a year coaching $15 million a year players.

Mutt I know where you are coming from, we avarage about 600 an hour for a g /g or b /g and it is worth the money most of the time. And that is for about 1 to 1 1/2 hour work..

If we told them 400 for 2 hours or more they would laugh at us as they were leaving.

and MikeAI pays the amateur models alot of money - that's the secret - pay them well and get as much as you can done with them.

werd. You can pay a model well and get more and she'll be happily sticking a cucumber in her arse all day long for an extra couple C-notes. But, pay her less for less time and she'll start the stopwatch when she walks in the door and be huffing & puffing at 30 seconds overtime.

i don't shoot the most expensive girls, but i treat the models very well, so 90% of the girls contact me because i've shot their girlfriend, etc, i haven't had to advertize in the weekly in 3 years.

some girls will work for me for free in a TFP deal, and every single model that has ever worked with me will work with me again.

also i don't ask a model to fuck an unknown. with me i want people that are already in a sexual relationship, this does limit my model choice, but since there's new health risk to the model they will work cheaper, and the scenes are invariably hotter and more realistic.

but LA girls are too pricey in today's soft market IMO.

i can shoot beautiful women for 1/10 the price outside USA.

On the other hand (and I'm sure some of you shooters will back me up,) I've paid girls over the going rate and gotten nothing from them, and sometimes I've lowballed them for next-to-nothing and and them give me 4-5 hours of freaky deaky for the camera.

remember laws of supply and demand...

if a girl is booked regularly.. she is going to demand more..

if a girl is not in high demand.. she will most likely work for what she can get.. especially when rent comes due...

too many girls get jadded..wanting "x" amount of dollars for a shoot.. so we'll just pass them by ... and when that car payment is due.. the are calling wanting to shoot..

as a business person.. part of your job is to also get the most bang for your buck.. no reason to overpay for solo and girl/girl anyway... :2 cents:
