You might be waiting a long long time with these guys. I don't think they even own a datacenter, they lease servers and it's not likely the place they lease from is down or anything. They probably couldn't pay their bills or something and they got cut off. Honestly hit one of the guys from Webair or Oxeo and throw your backup on there and have them give you a little deal for the shit you just got hit with. I could be wrong and I hope I am, but you never know.

Like a habbit, when your account gets suspended there is a reason for it, and the suspension page clearly says to contact the 'billing department', although I understand how one could confuse it with 'GFY'. Additionally you might want to try giving us a call (hell we have a toll free number nowadays in the US) if you missed our message in the first place. But we have discussed it on ICQ.

Second, last time I checked the company was owned by me, and I believe I'm in my 20s and Dutch. For the ones interested the chamber of commerce listing 12051777 can be looked up here and the VAT number NL205232516B01 here.

And no Digipimp, it is not likely our uplink Atrivo would go down, you are right on that.
