happy new year! hope this new year is more prosperous then last.

i deal with customer service and what i am going to do from time to time is post some of the most outrageous messages that are left for us.....you guys should get a chuckle cause we sure did!

i wish i had the one guy who kept screaming that he didnt want to be rebilled when he wasnt even a member. that one was really funny (i must have laughed for 5 mins). anyone who deals with member customer service knows what a total raise in blood pressure it can be.

anyway here are the audio files.....

message 1 we list a phone number for people to call (and god knows people use the number) to be removed. you think i should call him back and ask him if his wife wants to model for us?

message 2 is this not the longest extension you have EVER heard?

sometimes when things get to rough, i will pass the call along and the second message is what we received when someone else handled the call.
